Not really my style.



It's okay to sell fixers -- but you really shouldn't call them "recently remodeled with newer kitchen and bath" if this is how they look. (Perhaps this shows the "termite damage in basement sill plates"?)

Maybe the termites remodeled the kitchen. through the wall.

Maybe this is what they consider remodeling to be? I mean, if a used car can be called pre-owned...Or a car that has been in a fire can be called "hot"...a room that has been gutted and left for dead can be called "remodeled." Lovely.
