So that's what a washer and dryer look like

There are many bad photos in this listing that lizinsac found. But I pick this one, because it's the most pointless. There is absolutely no reason for this photo.

You want potential buyers to know that there's a washer and dryer? The house is too messy to respectably take a photo? THEN JUST SAY IN THE LISTING THAT THERE'S A WASHER AND DRYER. Especially if it's just a normal washer and dryer, not a fancy-pants front-loading, energy efficient, as seen on "Lost" washer and dryer.

Never mind the useless washer/dryer photo. It's the photo of the stairs leading up to the "cave"or "hidey hole" that is really interesting. What goes on up there? And is that only a light mounted by the opening or a camera?

I'm a fan of the garage that is leaning foward, like it's so excited to get the car under it's shelter that it's going to swallow it whole.

This place makes Fred Sanford look like a neat-freak!

why is it that the laundry room is the cleanest room in the house? While it is not clean, it is not nearly as filthy and cluttered as the rest of the house. It just make me wonder . . .

I had a friend that used to do real estate cleanouts; haul stuff away so the place would look semi decent for photos and showings. Was this just a novel idea only practiced in RI?

That is the most bizarre set of photos....ever. I love the "stairway to heaven".

After looking at all the photos in this listing, I think the 'laundry room' is shown because it is the closest to 'normal' of any of the shots!

what kind of trick photography are they using to make the garage look like the leaning tower of Pisa... or maybe the OTHERS are tricks, and it really IS about to fall over?

I do love the stairway to ... what, exactly -- but my fave is all the wires dangling from the ceiling that scream code infraction -- red-tag me!

I just like the comment: "Bring us an offer". Like they don't even need to mention that it's a junk heap in need of some help--- or a bulldozer. I guess the pictures explain that well enough, don't they?

That staircase to nowhere is great. Just think of the hours of endless entertainment - sticking yer drunk mates in there to sleep, and watching them forget there isn't a landing to step out on when they wake.

Great fun....

"Just Listed." Well, no wonder it hasn't been snapped up already.

okay - I took a second glance (the first scared me a lot) and realized the REASON this room looks cleaner than the rest - EVERYTHING is shoved in the dryer... and it didn't quite fit... is that a cat's tail? maybe just a mop-head?

Did anyone else notice the agent's last name?

I laughed out loud at this item under "Property Attibutes":

Pool- NO

Really??? No pool??? Ok, then, forget it. I was all set to pony up for this lovely chateau, but if there's no pool, I am outta here.

Well spotted Charlene!

Also... they weren't lying about the '1 Car Detached, Facing Front'.

I'm gonna go out on a limb here and guess that this is either a foreclosure or a repossession of some kind?
