Which definition of "hopefully" are you using here?

"Hopefully trash will be removed soon (awaiting approval from seller)." I'm going to start using that as my excuse, too.

they need the permission of the seller to remove the mess from the bathroom floor too?

A 'motivated seller' apparently, but evidently not motivated enough to put the seat down or wipe over the mirror.

Amazing what selling points a house can have! I just hadn't realized that trash was one of them.

I love this site, which is why I would like to give you an I love your blog award.

"Bring your guts"? Why, so I can heave them out?

"Bring your backhoe" might have been a better choice of words.

As long as they don't take down that gorgeous shower curtain. It brightens up the whole place. That and the Wendy's take out cup.

Good Lord - seriously. Who takes that picture and doesn't take the few second to pick that stuff up?!?

The seller is highly motivated ....but evidently not enough to clean-up the trash.
