A remodeling idea
Which is better? One?
Or two?
Maybe it isn't fair of me to include these photos. Sure, they're badly framed and slightly tilted. But could you do any better if you had a penthouse with an "Egyptian theme that dominates the main living areas" to sell?
Found by Amanda. Many more excellent photos -- plus one ho-hum kitchen -- here.

If you were going to have only two interior photos of a house you were trying to sell, would this be one of them?
(Found by Jamie, who used to live a few blocks away from the house and says the photo's a good fit for the neighborhood. So maybe it does make sense. Maybe.)
UPDATE: Sorry, that should be "house you were trying to rent," not "sell." ('Cause that changes everything?)

Yes, this picture is blurry and oddly framed. Yet from this one photo alone I know that I'm not interesting in buying this house. Thanks!

What do I know about chimneys? Nothing. So maybe this is all just fine. Maybe.

It's okay to sell fixers -- but you really shouldn't call them "recently remodeled with newer kitchen and bath" if this is how they look. (Perhaps this shows the "termite damage in basement sill plates"?)

This is a joke, right? Right? Please? It looks like it's a photo of a photo. That's what I'm choosing to believe. (As to why it's in a real estate listing... well, who knows.)
Found by Jen -- thanks.
P.S. Yes, I know it's not real toilet in the house. That's not the point.
