I like that the website says, it doesn't list houses that cost over 175000. tee hee..
I like their approach to insulation - just put it right over the windows! I'm moving into my new place soon and while my HOA rules say you can't use newspaper or aluminum foil as window covering, it says nothing about insulation foam. My problem is solved!!!
I think I've seen this listing recently on a local real estate website... *iz now scared*
