Oh my. Perhaps this listing is proof of Divine Intervention. After all, I think it would be understandable if the people of that church were praying to be gotten the heck out of there.

That is the most depressing church I have ever seen

I have always imagined God's omnipotence-ness as being a bit more sophisticated... *looks around for the hidden periscope*
That was a CHURCH?? Looks more like the hall for the "Fraternal Order of Depressed Moose".
The last thing I would think this building was was a church...some sort of depressing office building, maybe.
Not a house of worship.
I wonder if the value of this one is primarily in the land.
One more thing: Rental house conversion my eye. More like "tear this eyesore on a dusty lot in the middle of Nowhereland down and build something else".
Put this poor building out of its misery, PLEASE!
