$200,000 and all this could be yours!

I exaggerate. It's not really $200,000.

It's $199,500.

They took the picture of the cabin off the listing. I guess they thought pictures of over grown bushes and weeds were more appealing.

Just checked the listing, now only 175k! 300 sq feet of happiness!

Maybe if I was the kid from My Side of the Mountain.

Wait, I'm not the only one who read that, am I?

I wonder if the previous tenant left any meth behind after he cooked the last batch?

The remaining meth was consumed in the explosion.

Does the fact that it's on "Bachelor Road" have anything to do with the appearance?

My treehouse growing up was nicer, cleaner and larger. These kids got swindled.

almost an acre of land with incredible views. sometimes the value isn't the buildings but the land or potential use.

I'd sit on that land in a lawn chair (after mowing it) and smell the air. It's much the same as what I grew up in, and darn it, I miss my homecountry!

Plus... I read My Side of the Mountain too.

Problem is on Vashon Island (there's no i in Vashon); land is hideously expensive. The plot of land would probably still go for the $175K mentioned in an earlier comment even if the... "cabin" (for lack of a better word) was removed entirely.

Actually, considering the cleanup costs for that pile of rubble, it would probably go for more without it.
