Does this count as one of the 3 bedrooms?

I see that Chair's relatives from the Caribbean are staying for dinner.

Perhaps the bed is for those hot nights sans air conditioning. You know, like sleeping on the fire escape in those photos of old New York. Except not as quaint.

Maybe the bed is making a long, slow escape? Check out the selling history on that house, it's weird even by current California standards.

Poltergeist? Black mold? The fact that it's really quite ugly? No clue, but the selling price bounced around like a superball even before the California market went into freefall in so many areas.

And that place is currently overpriced, judging by available stats.

Maybe they sleep outside because cooking on two stoves in the kitchen makes it to hot inside to sleep.

Yeah, Jinxiebell made a good point about the two stoves ... what's the deal with that?

That must be the guest room.

I'm guessing there's someone who keeps getting locked out - for one reason or another.

Maybe that's the garage that's converted to a "bonus family room"?
