Falls down lighter! And fluffier!

OK, yes, it's a popcorn ceiling and chances are it's full of Chrysotile. I can see how you might think that was bad. (Apparently the residents don't, because they seem to still be using this room to keep your clothes in.) But look! It's self-removing! Wait long enough and it will all peel down, saving you thousands of dollars in asbestos-abatement fees!

It's a magical house! So many of those pictures look as if they're upside down.

"When you get tired of the floor, walk on the ceiling!"

"Hurry it won't last too long in the market." Are we talking light years? It's on day 69. It's safe to safe, this one is going to last long. lol

The backyard appears to come with a Hangman's Kit for Kids. Looks like they've already kicked the chair out from under a couple of schmucks.

Did someone just karate chop a tree branch to use for the ceiling support there?

Methinks the real estate agent would be wise to invest in a tripod for their camera.

And what's with that red and yellow patch of fabric stapled to the ceiling? What's under it?! I must know!

I just have to ask: What do you folks on the west coast DO to your houses??? I've never seen so many wrecks that are relatively new construction! My poor old 1910 Apt building here in NYC is in better shape than these dumps -- despite out lousy landlord!

Okay, so I understand the real estate agent wanted potential buyers to be able to see all the areas that needed repair. That's good, that's fair.

Maybe a couple of pictures that feature aspects of the house that don't make it look less like...that. You know, a picture or two of a bedroom, or bathroom as opposed to a closeup of the missing register cover?

Good News!!! Asbestos was no longer used in popcorn ceilings in 1983. That means you can live there as it unpeels itself from the drywall:)

Ceiling cat is watching you, oh never mind.

John, I believe the realtor is right. This one is not going to last too long, because it is probably going to fall down by lunchtime.

I don't see anything about a "newer roof."
