Considering the RE agent has another side mirror picture, I'm beginning to wonder if these houses are really for sale. Maybe she's just driving up to random houses she thinks should be for sale and putting them on the market.
I think she just knows it isn't going to sell, so why bother?
Why do you think the prices are so low? By the way, the "Great Schools Rating" for the area isn't going to sell the house either...1 on a scale of 1 to 10...doesn't get any worse than that!
Oh, I don't know... at this price, I'd buy it and rent it, or have it for the land value.
I know absentee landlord is a rough gig for the house, but as was said earlier, it's Flint. I don't want to go there.... But I do want to own a home someday...
According to the listing the "property is occupied". Good luck with showings, seeing as the agent is apparently frightened enough of the occupant to try and pull a drive-by photo session. It begs the question, occupied by whom, or what?
What made me chuckle is when I looked at the listing, I forgot the Realtor.com website knows how much equity I have in my house. So, it gives me an estimated monthly payment of -$1,557.
And no, paying me $1,600 a month isn't enough to get me to move to Flint.
Speaking as someone born not too far away from that location, I can understand the photo. For eight months of the year, that's all you're going to see of the house anyway.

If you go to the Realtor's page she has another side mirror for sale.

It's Flint. I wouldn't want to get out of the car either.
This has to be the height of laziness, can't she even be bothered to get out of the car to get a half way representational shot of the home.

Inovative picture.
Too bad she's not energetic enough to get out of the car to snap a picture.
When the house costs less than the car, why bother getting out?
Really....GET OUT of the car....I know it is COLD there....still!
That house doesn't want its picture taken. It's hiding behind those tall trees. "You can seeee me!"

they are actually selling the house that's in the rear view mirror for sale.

intrigued by the price I looked up this home in another listing.
Realtor's comments, "currently occupied and sold as is."
My question is, who is it occupied by and why does the new owner have to keep them or allow them to live there?

3% of $18000 is $540. I'm not sure I'd get out of the car for that either.
And I live in Michigan.
