...for certain definitions of "motivated."
The "seller is very motivated," but not urgently enough to drag the truck canopy out of the shot. Or maybe it's not just a canopy. Maybe it's an entire truck, but the body sank into the driveway.

Perhaps it's covering and even bigger oil stain!
It's not that the truck sunk into the driveway, the house rose out of it. That's a unique selling point.
That house looks like a face. Maybe it ate the bottom half of the truck and saved the top for his friend next door.
That's no truck topper, that's the fourth bedroom.
Whoa! Did you see the homeowners fees? If it's a typo, they typed it twice. For 4 grand a month, you should get your driveway cleared and cleaned for free!
It's hiding a dead body.
How could a house built in 2003 be classified as a "fixer upper"? What did they do to it?
I like how the sign changes to what appears to be Kyrgyzstan's new flag.
Obviously what happened was that they pulled their truck into the garage, mis-judged the height and the cab topper was sheared off. They decided to leave it there as a warning to people who have large cars that might not fit.
Pretty considerate if you think about it.
One thing that bugs me are the photos where the garage is larger than the rest of the house. It's like they're saying "Huge garage! Other smaller rooms included."
Katt, I saw the HOA Fees and nearly fell over. That cannot be right. quote:
"Monthly Total Fees: $3,900 "
Yeah, if that isn't true, it needs to be fixed really quickly.
with HOA fees that will be more than your mortgage, no wonder the seller is motivated.
If the house is sold "as is" does that mean the truck topper stays in the driveway?
Oh...God. There's a chart on that listing of price per square foot over the last 18 months. Heaven help the people who bought in July 07.
That chart is one of the scariest things I've seen in a while. Whoa.
That picture looks like someone was goofing around with 3D software and got all the codes wrong.
"Vista San Javier" A cul-de-sac, but the 'vista' is of the Mexican border.
Wow.
I'm not sure what's worse, the truck topper or the fact that the photo on the listing has a gained a rather odd and haistly done photoshopping of the "For Sale" sign since it was posted here. If they're going to go photoshopping stuff, cleaning up the driveway couldn't be _THAT_ difficult, could it?
Or the fact that the agency's name on the sign doesn't match that of the listing agent in the MLS record.
