The floor is covered with "Tredaire," a carpet underlayment. I'm guessing the current owners ordered shag carpet, but the buyer wants a low pile. Enter the lawn mower for a quick and cheap conversion!
Oooh, lovely garden, more nice garden, yadda garden yadda, veranda yadda, AAAHHH! I'M BLIND! THE WHITENESS!
I would like the mirror with the ability to change the colour of wall mounted heating fittings though...
In Ireland, we tend to find that carpets don't travel well between homes - is it just us? Does our generous nature mean we leave useful sized-to-suit-every-room floor coverings in our wake? Are we missing a trick?

Some people just really like their wheatgrass juice.

One hundred years ago, this same listing included a picture of a goat.
How times have changed ...
......however, there were not many buyers interested in Harry & the Henderson's former residence.
Are you sure its not an industrial sized floor buffer? Still a strange thing to leave though...
