Last one in's a rotten egg
How can you resist? You know you want a dip. Go on! I'll just be over here with the towels. And the hep E vaccination.

be right there! just as soon as I get a tetanus shot too! and polio for good measure.
If only the lawn was that green ...
The ladder doesn't even want to play with that pool!
Mine is about that color after these last fires, I shudder to think what this one looks like today!
Haha, the overhead view of the house looks like a Tetris piece!
That IS a nice area, very big lots, but it gets HOT there on the Valley flats.

It's not that easy bein' green;
Having to spend each day the color of the leaves.
When I think it could be nicer being red, or yellow or gold-
or something much more colorful like that. -kermit

Cryptosporidiosis.
I like how the previous owners took the fridge with them.
"think we should leave the fridge? no this hole in the cabinetslooks much better not to mention more natural"
They do have a pool cleaner in there. Maybe it just needs a new filter or something? :) I think I could live with the appellation "rotten egg" better than the smell of rotten eggs that would attach itself to me if I were to dive in.
I could swear we've seen this photo before. It was in a listing that had two almost identical photos, this one and one with the pool shiny clean! We had comments on why they would show both photos in the listing. Am I imagining this?
Is this the one you have in mind, Artful Dodger?
