You know those jokes about Seattle weather? Ha. Ha. Ha.

Valerie seemed to think this was an odd choice of photo for a real estate listing, especially if it's going to be the only photo. But sitting here in the Puget Sound Convergence Zone, looking out at yet another overcast day, I have to say that photo of a clear blue sky is just about enough to get me to buy the place.

Today I was sitting in class, learning about Sunshine in Government laws... and it was cold, overcast and "murky" (the word choice of the local weather man).

Right now, I'd buy a house based on clear blue sky.

Ha! The joke's on you! That's really the you-fell-asleep-with-the-DVD-player-still-on screen!

How was Iron Man anyway?

I'm a little farther south from you. I'm in western Oregon, so I don't quite have that Puget Sound weather. But in the winter time, I would give a gazillion dollars for blue sky instead of the constant gray. I almost wouldn't care if it was a crack house.

Near Santa Clara, perhaps this is a Blue Screen of Death, real estate style?

I'd love to see the 2004 updates... This could be a real bargain house!

And not a cloud in the sky is there?

Brandy - the listing agent has yet to install Service Pack XVIII. Therein lies the problem ...

I hear you down here in Portland!

It's twenty below here right now.

I'd take just about anything that wasn't frozen solid.

If it comes with a blue sky warranty, I'll buy it.

Ok, I tried to view this picture 3 different times, each time thinking that something wasn't loading right. I finally get it. (Hangs head in shame)
