Just like Japanese room sizes are given in tatami mats, in Massachusetts room sizes are given in recycling bags. This photo (found by Melissa) shows a twenty-bag room, the standard size for a small living room or large bedroom.
There is a BOWLING BALL in the corner of the blue room....what?
I find it apropos that the name of the town is Stow...
Hi! I just found your blog--enjoying it very much!I have a great love and interest in real estate so I Cannot Believe the pictures...I wonder if the agents just give up because their clients aren't making any effort or anyone who has a camera can be a agent...
Makes you wonder what they needed to hide on...most of the floor...that would have been worse to see than this...arrangement...
ew look at those rings of leakage in the carpeting..why even show this picture?
I certainly appreciate that this picture appears twice in the listing. You can never see a room of bags o' crap too many times. The photo of the blue bowling ball was a real bonus, as were the sanitized-for-your-protection toilets. Attention to detail!
And one picture of that room wasnt' enough...must be a strong selling point they want to be sure you don't miss. Well, at least the bathroom has been hygienically sealed.
Wow, that picture makes me want to tidy up my cardboard recycling container now.
