Is he here yet? Is he here yet?

These chairs that Karen found, on the other hand, are not having eeevil meetings. They're eagerly trying to look out the window and spot the school bus as they wait for their big brother (a La-Z-Boy) to come home and play with them.

That rug is... ghastly.

There are many activities at the Slovenly Acres Senior Home, such as the popular grass-watching room shown here.

If I were in that room, I'd stare out the window too. Look, there's a path through the carpet where people have hurried through as fast as possible.

Looks like a church gathering room, really --

I'm with Sockie: What up with that rug? It's got a BLACK TRACK leading to the door. The Scalloped ceiling is a nice touch.

SO, Shapespeare was right, "All the world's a stage and we chairs are just mere players in the unfolding.....mwahahahahahaha" World Chair domination day is coming, do not be pacified by this innocent display!!!

I think the chairs are just turning their backs on that nasty trail of filth carpet.

I do hope you know that pretty soon I'm going to make a comic inspired by all of the naughty and not so naughty inanimate objects. I'll let you know when/if I do ;P

Scalloped ceiling?
Is this a listing or the inside of a 'cake wreck' that time forgot?

The chairs are mesmerised by the light given off by the Big Chair God returning to his own planet

Sadly, my house had that exact same carpet when I bought it.

Your blog is truly brilliant. I needed a laugh. Thank you.

They are obviously watching the person who stole the priceless painting off the wall make his/her escape.

Clearly, there were people sitting in those chairs just moments before. That light through the window isn't the Sun, it's the fading remnants of a special neutron bomb that vaporizes humans but spares chairs.

Not only is the ceiling scalloped, but it's in my favorite color - LIVER! which is the perfect accompaniment to the bilious lime green carpet.
