Bummer, the pics are gone-- says the most recent listing for that address has gone off the market.
Off the market.... and sold at the fabulous CA appreciation rate of minus 4.2%. In AZ, it is still around minus 20%. There are many under-employed realtors in my family, very sad.
Aw...wish I could have seen the other photos, but this bright, cheery room will do.
Is that an air mattress in the shot? Like it would have taken THAT much time to nudge it out of the picture with your foot.
...Then again, if you're going to do that, suddenly it seems like you ought to take the coffee table off the couch cushions and open the blinds.
