Honesty in real estate listings

Is this picture crooked? Maybe not: the house "has a cracked foundation after a earthquake in the kitchen floor title cracks getting bigger look at pictures also cracks in block wall on the left side of house if standing in front of house" and on and on

I think "fixer-upper" doesn't quite describe this home. Glad to see they're still asking $270,000 for this 860 sq. ft. place!!!!!

Give me Indiana real estate where you can get a home 5 times this size for cheaper - of course you have to deal with the cold, snowy winters :(

The house is in FORECLURE? Is that a neighborhood in Carson?

Personally, I think pictures 2 & 4 show the most earthquake damage. The house completely fell over!

earthquake in kitchen???

That would ruin dinner for sure.

Was the photographer doing cartwheels? And why the opening stealthy, hide-behind-the-plant-be-vewy-quiet-we're-hunting-scheisshauses shot? For dramatic effect prior to the cartwheels?

An earthquake in the kitchen? That would explain the damage. There hasn't been an earthquake near Carson strong enough to crack the foundation of a house. I live about 15 miles from there and never felt the Carson Kitchen Quake, but I did feel one last night centered in Barstow, over 100 miles away. Wonder if that house in Carson is still standing...

And nordstrom24, I'd rather live anywhere in Indiana than in Carson.

"a earthquake in the kitchen floor title cracks getting bigger look at pictures also cracks in block wall on the left side of house if standing in front of house"....

So there was A Earthquake in the kitchen-floor-title-cracks-getting-bigger, and there are magical cracks in the left side of the house that disappear if you are not standing in front of the house. I don't know which part of that sentence is more mysterious.

Oh my goodness. I'm amazed that they are selling an uninhabitable house for this kind of money. Is California that great??? It's gotta be to justify these prices.

Yeah, once Cal Worthington I died, there was really no reason for Carson to exist....

I have an offer I could send them....

Maybe the pictures were taken by a Ninja FEMA Realtor?

And in that first one, isn't that the Dog there on the left side? Huge brown furry thing.... Hmmm...

I'm thrilled that they chose to end their pitch with "The roof has 4 caps and needs replacemet asap other than that send us ur offers". Well said!

"A" earthquake in the kitchen?! Please tell me no chairs were hurt.

I think the earthquake happened while the realtor was taking the photos.
