Hey, what's under the tarp?

No... on second thought, maybe I'd rather not know.

This house is being sold not only "as is," but "where is," according to the listing. It never crossed my mind that location was up for discussion. Perhaps I should try to renegotiate my house into having a view of the Caribbean.

YOU!!! You are my new favorite blog! Tomorrow I plan to announce my love for you to all and sundry! I'd do it today, but unfortunately, today I already wrote about squished frogs...

hahahaha--this blog is great! And I am REALLY curious as to what is under that tarp...a homeless person? A grill? Car parts?

I especially enjoy the stolen shopping carts. Adds a nice touch.

an unpermitted garage unit that is occupied. Property is being sold 'as is' and 'where is'. Seller is not evicting occupant of rear unit and will not make repairs.

"I can't do that to Frank. Let's just sell it cheap and let someone else kick my brother out."

FANTASTIC blog! Now on my "daily visit" list. Keep it up!

They're selling "where is?" Oh, that's too bad. I was going to load up the whole house in those shopping carts there and move it someplace nice.
