"nice little place dont have time to list first come first cash gets"

"nice place no better price priced to sell fast" says the listing.

"$435,000? In Nebraska?" says Mary the Nebraskan Realtor.

"That much would get you a nice one-bedroom toolshed around here" says me.

That looks like a model somebody built in a cutout shoebox. :/

Please tell me it's not my computer and that I do not need new glasses....Maybe I am wearing a veil before my face, but I just cannot see this one! Oh, I get it, the pictures were taken on a foggy day, that's what's wrong! I feel better now.

Is that some ghost child in the front yard?!

There are so many things wrong with this. There was obvious no homeschooling in this charming country home. The country grammar has produced the longest run-on sentence I have ever seen. Is there is a dead horse on the porch?

I was thinking the same thing about the "ghost child"! Creepy! Looks like the picture should actually be in black and white because it was taken 60 years ago!! :/

Do you have any idea what ghost chillun go for on the market these days? This is a STEAL.

Is it like a thousand acres or something? Because even if I was looking to move to NE, I don't think I'd be picking up the phone for this one.

Very over priced. My sister payed 300,000 for a lovely brand new house with 10 acres, and extra's in NE I would keep looking. Good luck!

There is nothing in McCook, Nebraska that's worth $435,000. Nothing. Trust me. My sister lived there for years.

Is it just me, or does it look as if the gutter/fascia over the door on our right is less than well attached?

If you're going to take a picture through your car window, at least stop first.
