Update: I live in Clarksville and drove by this house Friday, and there's not a funeral home for miles. The hearse was gone. Which is a shame, because it was one of the more attractive features of this particular neighborhood.
Karin, if you want a house for $40K, move to Clarksville. There are plenty. Downside: you'd have to live in Clarksville.
Did anyone else notice "the chair"? It's green this time Hmmmm..We've been worried about terrorist threats, maybe we should be worried about the revolt of the plastic chairs. Perhaps that is why they are in so many of these pictures; they are bumping off the home-owners prior to the home being listed...
Haha, that's awesome. Wow and I gotta say it ... 40K for a house! A real house with walls and windows and stuff! Amazing. My Californian "house hunting" brain hurts.
Snarf! I own a house in that town (though I don't live in it) and used to be a Realtor there. I know the listing agent! That is hilarious! Also, that house is in a bad area. There are lots of hearses that run through there.

Oh, I really hope that's a coincidence.
Hoo boy! I think this is the best photo yet!
If they had captured the nameplate in the coach window, it could have doubled as advertising for the funeral home.
Hurry! Get out the Frebreeze!
Oh man, and the poor guy's coffee cup is still in the sink. I bet it isn't even cold... I mean the cup, not the poor guy.
I wish I could buy a house for $40K! our townhouse that's roughly the same size for $200K more!
Anyway, it could definitely be a coincidence or there might be a funeral home next door but it's definitely funny to put that in the listing.

It would have been soooooo difficult to photoshop the heard out of the picture, what with the plain white wall behind it.
This is one of the best yet.
