For that "briefly not homeless" feeling

Come, now. Is there any real estate market where abandoned shopping carts are desirable features? Especially ones inside?

Living here in Oz, and growing up on American tv, we tend to think that California is so glamorous. But the freakiest listings seem to be from CA. Failed movie/tv/ad/ stars that turn into bag/trolley ladies?

oh and boarded windows... a squatters paradise

with boarded windows, and... is that an eviction noticed tacked to the front door... an imagination alone may not turn that into the "something" that is promised!

Boy, this takes me back to when I lived in the slums of D.C.

Those were the days... of flying bullets.

I also really enjoy that the ad boasts wall-to-wall carpeting. Just what that place needs to cozy it up: something to absorb odors and keep them inside.

$66,000 . . . hmmmm, well I guess the shopping cart does make it furnished, right?

"Bring your imagination and you could really have something!"

I can imagine a LOT of "somethings" regarding that house that I'm pretty sure I wouldn't want to have.

Well, it IS Lancaster, the middle of the desert paradise of LA. They're lucky it wasn't a dead body they found, or that the place wasn't full of drugged out squatters!

The price is correct for the area, what they SHOULD be priced at way out there, especially at today's gas prices!

Lancaster is further from 'Glamorous Hollywood' than Buffalo is from Toronto! Or maybe Melbourne is from Bendigo.... And Lancaster is less green than Bendigo!
