they need the permission of the seller to remove the mess from the bathroom floor too?
A 'motivated seller' apparently, but evidently not motivated enough to put the seat down or wipe over the mirror.
Amazing what selling points a house can have! I just hadn't realized that trash was one of them.

The seller is highly motivated ....but evidently not enough to clean-up the trash.
