It's a vacuum cleaner cover. I have one. The first time one of my dogs saw it, he went crazy barking at it. This started the other dog to start barking at it...then the third one ran up-barking and then away. Still barking...
I stayed in a place like this once that was a veeeeeery skeeeeeeery B&B. On the outside they tried very hard to be quaint in a very traditional style, but as soon as you sleep, the dolls (nd the ghosts)come out!
Reminds me of the blow up doll used for 'man overboard' drills on the CG Cutter I was on.
I think it's the husband in a latex sort of gimp mask, actually....
