If you were going to use Photoshop's stamper tool to fill in a front yard, wouldn't you do something a little nicer than "dead grass, dead grass, dead grass"? (And what the heck, make the house pretty while you're at it, too.)

The mind boggles about what they were trying to get rid of in the photo.
"added bonus room and laundry room, both appear to be done without necessary permits...Did I say this was a fixer....." - this real estate agent does not inspire confidence.
Perhaps a bit of cropping and rotating the house by a few degrees might help. May explain why the grass is brown as the water runs downhill.
"...appear to be done without permits..."
Boggle.
Does the realtor not have a telephone? Is she physically unable to pick up the phone and call the municipality and FIND OUT?
Another one for Photoshop Disasters!
For a second I forgot which blog I was reading and thought this was Photoshop Disasters.
Can i try ...??
was there a mass grave somewhere we don't know of? :p
My garden could do with some of that, ah, if only everything in life could be photoshopped.
What the...
I just finished looking at google street view. Unless I am mistaken, the entire house may have been photoshopped in. The address of 528 Wallace Ave. in Vallejo, CA does not appear!!!
I can't find a 528 wallace ave in Vallejo CA in google streetview. Of course google could be wrong, but I would rather think the entire house was photoshopped into the picture. None of the views on that street match the pic in the listing.
I too followed up the Google street view, if you go to 544 Wallace the house is pictured with a burgundy mini-van in the drive. Perhaps there were too many worn spots in the front lawn because they parked a car there?
Still not sure why they PhotoChopped the grass that way.

You can see it here, if you scroll to the bottom of the page:

That is odd. Earlier I could not get that view. Wonder what happened.
If you're going to Photoshop in new grass, at least make it green!
