Did you notice that light-colored oval area on the dark brown paneling? It appears that someone took down a mirror and revealed the original color behind it. Is it really possible for anyone to smoke that much?
Wow! Wasn't that long ago that it was impossible to find a detached single-family home in SD for less than 400k. Even trashed and in a bad part of town like this one is. It's why we left.Wow. I wish prices would "correct" like that here.
When you say "see what was wrong with it" like that, it gives the impression that there's only the one thing wrong with it. There are thirty things wrong with it!
i don't understand the logic that people employ sometimes. especially considering the housing crisis in this nation, you'd think people would try to paint their home in a more attractive setting.
I really loved the living room pic. As the two different curtains TRY to hide the duck tape holding the broken window, old ugly sheets covering the old ugly coach. BUT there sits a nice new big screen tv lol.

I love the fact that this house, once remodeled, will be full of "charter".

I love how all the doors are about 24 inches wide. Hope you *really* like those vintage kitchen appliances!
Who puts a fridge in front of a window?

At least you will be ready for Christmas with the lights up!
Yeah, who would still have their Christmas lights up in August? Heh... oh. Me. Whoops.

Looks like a great setting for a horror movie.
*shudder*
That has to be in the 'garage' right?.... right?
And the dark hardwoord-ish floors are SO improved by the filthy beige carpet....
GREAT price for a little San Diego home! Kinda near the Chicken Pie Shop, so you can eat cheap while you restore your mamacita hacienda!
