Good... dog?
What is that black thing? A very short person? A dog? Something on the lens? Whatever it is, it must be desirable -- because otherwise there'd be no reason to include this photo.

What is scarier is the water bottle (or some kind of jug with a green lid) that is levitating above the stove.....Yikes!
It appears to be a person, leaning down on the other side of thr fridge.
A person with a horrible comb over that is coming over in the opposite direction?
"Can you just sorta hunch down there for a sec, Cousin Itt? I gotta take some pictures for the real estate lady."
I knew there was something living under the bed!!!

Holy God, it's a Shadow Person!!!
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shadow_people
My recommendation: call the ghost busters as soon as possible.
I'm with Meredith, it's a girl with a ponytail. You can see her left ear, and she's looking to the left behind the fridge.
I thought maybe it was a large dog and behind him was an enormous doggy door. But upon reflection I think the shadow person is more correct.
maybe it's the ghost of grandma!
i think its a lady with a curlyshort hair walking towards the door...
Send it to the Enquirer! We finally have proof of life after death!
I think it is that long haired girl in the well from that scary movie. what was its name again?
According to the site, the seller "has understanding with tenants, tenative agreements with tenants to move out. Sellers preference to buyers willing to buy home with existing tenants and their agreements to move!" Maybe this is one of those tenants. Hiding. NOT agreeing to the tentative agreement.
it appears that we finally have proof of big foot's existance in san fransisco's messiest kitchen.
Regardless of cousin It being in the pic, this is a very significant shot demonstrating that this is a kitchen with a generous amount of storage space.
Don't you know? That's your own personal Kitchen Troll! Shhh! Everybody will want one!
Actually, it's Elvis. But he asked to be blacked out so he can remain anonymous-ish....
