They're fleeing in droves
Is this a... a... a thing? A listing fad? This season, are all the fashionable real estate agents are putting up photos of people driving away? Perhaps it's supposed to show that you won't have to evict anybody, which is always good (unless you like evicting people, and I suppose everyone needs a hobby).

hmm..It seems a little odd, that the realtor can only get pictures (from across the street) of a man mowing the yard and his kid playing. Is the agent not allowed near the house.
And is the child playing with a noose. Ah, Texas
So is there a house for sale?? Or just the yard and the tree?
How about an interior shot or two. Who knew we would be missing those stacked up mattresses?
You know, if I were a real estate agent, I think I might actually include, oh, one or two shots of the house. Good to know the yard won't need mowing right away, though!
(@ Blake: You're kidding, right? That's a rope swing. Not a noose.)
People, that is neither a noose nor a swing, but a "special enhancing" constricting device. In Texas, people do that sort of thing outside in broad daylight. Let's hope that kid learned caution from recent celebrity accidents.

Perchance is that gentleman shouting 'GET OFF MY LAND. And stop taking pictures of my kid you freak!'
Um, it's a listing for a lot, which explains why there is no picture of the house :)
Oh, and I live in Denton, it's a lovely mix of hippies and good ol' boys.
I'm concerned the noose is a not-subtle message to certain people that they're not welcome to live in this neighborhood.
"ADJACENT HOUSE ALSO FOR SALE"
Yeah, might as well mention that house over there. Some people are looking to purchase land with houses already on them.
@anonymous: Well, crap....you are correct! Guess that explains the lack of house pics.
