What a cute little house, and go Seattle because according to the graph below real estate is still selling for nearly list price in that area.
I don't get it though. Nearly half a million for laminate counter tops and vinyl floor. I'm sure Seattle is absolutely lovely, but my attitude towards it is the same as my attitude towards San Fran. "Gorgeous! But you'd have to be insane to pay that much for that house...so what city/state is nearly as nice as Seattle/San Fran because let's look there instead."
That's a lot of sheckles for not a lot of house.

Nah - that doesn't have a nice ring to it. And any song using that phrase would probably be really crappy.
"Wall heat"? "Natural gas available"? It sounds like they forgot to put in central heating. Yeah, it doesn't get that cold in the PNW and electricity is relatively cheap here, but I wouldn't spend a half million on a house with electric wall heaters. It sounds like they just chose the cheapest heating system.
I dunno. Looks fishy to me.
My thoughts are going with Evil Doppelganger!
How can you be sure which came first? Elmo sitting or Elmo the wall.
